We went with Violet's playschool on a fun fieldtrip to a farm only 10 mintues from the Hill! It was so much fun and lots of open spaces for the kids to run around. They got to feed the chickens and get chased around the yard by a pretty scary turkey! Then they went into the coop to find eggs! It was pretty funny when Vi yelled at the turkey in her usual Vi fashion and the thing squacked back at her making her back up a step or two. I think she gained a new respect for the turkey:)
This horse sneezed on Vi soaking her hat!
It was so awesome that they let the kids each take a turn "milking" the cow! It was definetly the highlight of the trip and Vi is still talking about it!
